Bloomie is still the queen of the castle in the senior baboon camp. She keeps all the others in check while still finding time to play. Volunteers like to through a handful of raisons over the fence to her and watch her meticulously pick up every single raison and stuff them into her mouth until her cheeks are bulging!
Growing baby Marlin has now got big enough to be introduced into the senior camp. Bloomie has taken on the mother role with him. She has been teaching him all the dos and don't, and protecting him from the bullying of the other senior babies.
Troy, Kayla, Lala, Bakkies and Sarafina continue to make a great baboon troop, sometimes testing their luck as they go right up to the fence in the big baboon camp. They enjoy their daily walks with the volunteers and grow ever bolder and cheekier as they get older and bigger.
